The combination of routing and V-cut splicing method is suitable for circuit boards with components on the PCB board edge, this kind of boards cannot be spliced without spacing, and the processing edge form is adopted for splicing. V-CUT processing is added to both ends of the processing edge, leaving a gap in the middle for easy welding of components. Otherwise, the components on the board edge interfere with each other and cannot be assembled and welded.
Stamp hole bridge
Stamp holes are a type of bridging method in connecting during PCB board design. Stamp hole bridging can solve problems that V-CUT bridging cannot solve, such as circular plates, irregular plates, etc. If V-CUT is not possible, stamp holes can only be used for typesetting.
V-CUT bridge
V-CUT bridge is suitable for regular boards because the V-CUT knife cannot bend, so the V-CUT position must be in a straight line to achieve V-CUT. It is also important to note that components near the edge of the board cannot be spliced into V-CUT, otherwise it will affect circuit board assembly and welding.
No Break away tab
In order to save the utilization rate of the board, small board splicing often does not require Break away tab. However, it should be noted that there should be no components on the edge of the board at the V-CUT position. If the components are close to the edge of the board, it is best to leave a gap between the processing edges for splicing, otherwise it will also affect the assembly and weldability of the components.
